Yet looking back, it seems as if the moment the Strategic Action Plan was written, that signified the end of the whole process. You have found implementation difficult!
Well, what you didn’t put into consideration is the fact that Strategic Planning and implementation is more about behavioural change than the planning itself.
In this seminar, I will teach you about a number of behavioural biases and mechanisms in strategic planning that might have been sabotaging your efforts in the past and have the potential of doing the same even with your future efforts if not tackled. Of course, I will teach you how to overcome these biases so that you can go to execute your strategic action plan and implement the changes required to give you the life of abundance that you deserve.

Dr. Kingsley Okonoda is a Consultant Psychiatrist and Deputy CMAC, Education & Training at the Jos University Teaching Hospital and Senior Lecturer at the University of Jos.
He has Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, He is a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians and has Certificates in Leadership and Management in Health as well as Implementation Sciences from the University of Washington.
Dr Okonoda, is Master Trainer, Sensitization on Drug and Drug Prevention, Treatment and Care (DPTC) and Master Trainer TREATNET III Addiction Treatment Program sponsored by the United Nation’s Office on Drug and Crime and Federal Ministry of Health. He is National Auditor, Association of Psychiatry in Nigeria (APN), 2018-2020.
He was-Secretary General, Association of Resident Doctors, Jos University Teaching Hospital, Jos 2009/2010, -Vice Chairman, Nigerian Medical Association, Plateau State, 2014-2016 and Coordinator, Continuous Medical Education, NMA Plateau State 2014-2016 Dr Okonoda is a member of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (PRA), USA , International Society of Addiction Medicine (ISAM), International Society of Substance Use Professionals (ISSUP), Global Clinical Practice Network (GCPN), World Health Organization (WHO) amongst others.
In 2012 he attended the Leadership retreat of Avenue to Wealth in Greece and France, Recovery Summit by the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association in Boston in 2016 and Youth Enterprise with innovation in Nigeria by the Enterprise Development Centre of the Pan Atlantic University in 2014, amongst others.
Dr. Okonoda has more than 10 years in Business Management, as CEO of Netwealth Consult. He has facilitated conferences, seminars and workshops with: National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies Kuru,-Command Officers’ Summit National Drug Law Enforcement Agency,-Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria amongst others.
Dr Okonoda is the Medical Director, Netwealth Centre for Addiction Management and Psychological Medicine, State Low Cost, Rantya, Jos which was established in 2015 from grants from the Federal Government YOUWIN programme. He is Executive Director, Netwealth Rehabilitation Initiative, a non profit foundation for the organization.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria, Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria, a certified management consultant and a certified management specialist with distinction in Time Management by the London Graduate School. He is a regular speaker on radio and television programmes on the issues of addiction, mental health, relationships, business and general life and living. He is Chairman of both the Welfare Committee as well as the Men’s Fellowship of his church.
Dr Okonoda is the host and convener of Strategic Planning and Goal Setting Seminar that comes up every first week of January and Financial Independence and Wealth Creation Seminar which comes up every 1st October Independent Day Holiday.
